As a Commercial Photographer, Derek's work has been commissioned and published by many clients including The Irish Times, Fingal County Council and NUI Maynooth. Commercial photography commissios can vary greatly from detailed, technical shoots to broader, more colourful location shoots.

Regardless of a project's requirements, Derek can bring out the best in every image to produce clean, crisp and appealing images. Each image recieves detailed post-production attention including colour balance, sharpening and hue/saturation optimisation.

Derek often works closely with Art Directors, and Graphic / Web designers on commissions where work is to be produced for client brochures and web sites.
